I am a licensed attorney who graduated from the esteemed Inter-American University for Development in the city of Campeche. From the outset of my career, I have dedicated myself to the practice of law, focusing primarily on litigation in the areas of Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Family Law. With extensive experience appearing in both state and federal courts, I have honed my skills in effectively advocating for my clients’ interests.

Presently, I serve as a trusted external consultant for companies in the private sector and various government agencies. In this role, I provide legal guidance, offering strategic advice to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks. This experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the diverse legal needs and challenges faced by organizations, further enhancing my ability to deliver successful outcomes.

Furthermore, I have had the privilege of sharing my legal knowledge and expertise as a professor at recognized universities. I have served as a faculty member at institutions such as the Inter-American University for Development, the University of Valle de Grijalva, and the Rene Descartes Technological Institute for Higher Studies. In this capacity, I have imparted knowledge and mentored aspiring legal professionals, teaching a wide range of subjects including Civil Law, Corporate Law, Family Law, and human rights law.
